Thomas Morris

thomas-morrisThomas Morris is a writer from Caerphilly in Wales who lives in Dublin. His short story collection, We Don’t Know What We’re Doing (2015) was chosen as a Book of the Year by the Guardian, the Irish Times and the Irish Independent, as well as being longlisted for the Dylan Thomas Prize. It is currently on the shortlist for the 2016 Wales Book of the Year and the Edge Hill Short Story Award. He devised and edited Dubliners 100 – an anthology of ‘cover versions’ written by contemporary Irish writers  – to celebrate the centenary of Joyce’s collection. It won the Best Irish-Published Book Award at the 2014 Irish Book Awards. He is editor of The Stinging Fly magazine.
